This day. I am happy. It started on the terrace, new patio furniture hosting our breakfast (thanks Mom!). I cleaned the house while Tim was away volunteering, he was surprised and pleased when he got home, enough to give me a big hug and kiss. My industriousness inspired a much needed clean-out of the car and, as a reward, we went to Petsmart to buy fish and necessary accessories. We got as far as the candy-colored rocks, filter, food, etc. when I nevous girl pointed out that unless we liked dead fish, we had to set up the aquarium for them a week in advance. So we forwent the fishies today and made up their little home (all 20 odd gallons of it). The filter is tinkling in the background of our lives now. It's a cute sound that I hope I don't get used to so quickly.
